How to Update Name in Now Profile

How can i update my name in now profile? Whenever i change the name and hit save button its ask to update my email id

I've been trying to update my profile, but keep getting the following page when I try to access the page editProfile:

Is this a known issue? I've tried with Chrome, Edge and Firefox.

I heard back from the team that's working on the issue. It's slated to be fixed by 11/24. I'll post back when the fix is in.
