How to Update Name in Now Profile

How can i update my name in now profile? Whenever i change the name and hit save button its ask to update my email id

Hi,

They weren't able to replicate in all browsers but they made some changes and fix will be in later today. If you can send me your email address, they can take a look at your profile.

Hi Kristi,

I've tried with:

Firefox 83.0 (64-bit)

Chrome Version 86.0.4240.198 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Edge Version 87.0.664.41 (Official build) (64-bit)

And the results are the same: it keeps going into an infinite loop.

My profile is under tudor.hosu@endava.com.

Thanks for letting me know. They will continue to investigate. It's not a issue that impacts a lot users (you are the only one I know but assuming there are others). I'll keep you posted.
