Hi All,

I am trying to undertake the Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) Implementation. On Demand course. I am facing the below error, kindly guide.

For Lab 1.1 HRSD Plugin verification, Human Resources Scoped App: Core [com.sn_hr_core], unable to install the updated version of this plugin, it says- Internal Server Error. Who can help here?

Hey @shweta khemani,

I am assuming you are installing the app in the Lab instance provided by the course.

You will have to raise a Support case, within the Now Learning page, you can enquire and/or raise a case via the chat bot.

Thanks James, Yes I have installed the lab from the course. I tried sharing this concern in Now Assist but received the response saying- I don't have the answer, I am still learning.. Now sure how can I connect with the team on this and help here? Also can I proceed ahead with the course without this update? Any idea on this.

Hi @shweta khemani,

Have you tried selecting the 'kebab' icon (3 vertical dots) on the top right corner?

It should give you an option to create a Case.

Hi James,

I tried selecting the 3 vertical dots (saying support options) but there is no option to create a case.. Any path if you can share? I am using nowlearning portal-- support option.
