It seems that you were trying to register for this one - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

I are getting a “Page Not Found” error while trying to register for the exam [The link you provided] please try the following:

1. Go to nowlearning.servicenow.com

2. Navigate to My Learning → My Exams

3. Click Register

4. Clear your browser cache and try again
