Inquiry About Delta Exam Fees for CSA and CAD Certifications

Hi Community,

I hope you all are doing well!

I recently obtained my Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications in ServiceNow. I understand that maintaining these certifications involves completing Delta exams. Could anyone share details about the fees associated with these Delta exams? Are they covered as part of the certification or require an additional payment?

Hi @G Ashok ,

1. Delta exams are free of charge and do not require any additional payment. They are included as part of your initial certification fee.

2. To maintain your certifications, you must complete the Delta exams within the specified window after a new ServiceNow release.

3. usually 90 days is the timeframe to complete the Delta exam once it becomes available. ServiceNow notify you for same.

4. If you fail to complete the Delta exam within this period may result in your certification being marked as inactive.

Delta exams are kind of open book and you can give any time. Also, there is a maintenance fee associated with the delta exam which is $200. this fee is also exempted / paid depending on your company partnership with ServiceNow. So you are an individual them you need to pay $200 irrespective of the delta exam you appear in.

To maintain Delta annual fee is $200. its not free. To attempt exam is free but not maintained.
