could you possibly tell what lab/course is this? It seems to me like Welcome to ServiceNow but there are some more.

Share the screen shot from your lab instance for these 2

Set the field, operator(filter/condition), and value choice lists to the following: State | is not | Closed AND |
2)
| Select the Priority column to sort the list so that 1-Critical incidents appear first in the list. |
