Hi everybody,
I am currently going through the Implementation Simulator and I am kinda stuck on this specific task:
Change requests without sufficient lead time pose a greater risk to the environment and should be documented as such. Risk calculations should consider required lead times, as defined by the organization's change policy:
- If lead time of 7 days is not met for model = Normal change request, Risk should be set as "High", Impact should be left alone.
- If lead time of 3 days is not met for model = Standard change request, Risk should be set as "Moderate", Impact should be left alone.
1. Disable Risk Condition "Insufficient lead time".
2. Add a new risk condition: "Insufficient lead time - Normal Change" so that if a lead time of 7 days is not met for Normal change requests, the Risk will automatically be set to High, and Impact should be left alone.
3. Add a new risk condition: "Insufficient lead time - Standard Change" so that if a lead time of 3 days is not met for Standard change requests, the Risk will automatically be set to Moderate, and Impact should be left alone.
I am not that good at scripting...so could anyone provide me with a script regarding 2. & 3.?
I would really appreciate since this bugs me...
Thanks in advance 🙂

Hi @LHIND,
I had almost the same sittuation with this task and this is how I solved it:
Step 1: Navigate to "All > Change > Administration > Risk Conditions"
Step 2: Open "Insufficient lead time" and rename it to "Insufficient lead time - Normal Change", adjust the conditions as shown in the screenshot:
Once complete, right click on the Form context menu and select "Insert and stay" to create the new Risk Condition.
Step 3: Open "Insufficient lead time" and rename it to "Insufficient lead time - Standard Change", adjust the conditions as shown in the screenshot:
Once complete, right click on the Form context menu and select "Insert and stay" to create the new Risk Condition.
Step 4: Open "Insufficient lead time" and unselect the "Active" checkbox to disable it.
This should do the trick,
Cesar
