ITSM foundation course ot the same lenght

Good day all,

the ITSM foundation (xanadu) is no longer available   it used to be over 9 hours. There is a newer version (zurick) under 5 hours .

the other language of the 9 hours are still avaialbe but not the english. 

any insights of how to complete the full 9 hours instead of the 5 hours

Why do you prefer to do the older, longer course?

The Zurich course is more up-to-date, and when you take the exam to become certified, you'll be tested on the newer Zurich content. So the extra four hours you spend on the Xanadu course may not be too useful.

Just putting that out there as something for you to think about.

Thanks Simon for your feedback. Actually I am very new to SN. I was thinking that the longer course has more informations that will be helpful for the real life and was surprise that new course is only half duration of the old one.
