Hi
I am currently completing my Servicenow adminstation fundamentals on demand and I am stuck and unable to get the dropdown menu to work in Lab 4.2: Create Access Controls, has anyone else experienced this ? it happened in Lab 3 too and has got to the point the drop down list does not load and I am stuck. each lab is dependent on the previous.

Hi,
This happen when your instance is SLOW or your network is slow.
Let that page load completely first then make the changes.
You can wait until page is completely loaded.
