Hi, i'm working with colleagues of ServiceNow practice since 1 year, helping them to powering up ServiceNow with JS custom code and custom web service (through MID Server) but i think it's the time to learn more about this wonderful product.
I came from a lot of experience on SharePoint and BluePrism, and with those product was quite easy to understand what to study.
I see that ServiceNow has tons of free learning but i really don't know where to start. I started from ServiceNow fundamentals but i'd like to deepen my knowledge (and why not, certify myself) in order to design technical solutions.
Could you help me to design a good learning path after foundation course and to figure out what certification could be useful?

I would start with these 3 certifications -
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
Certified Implementation Specialist - IT Service Management (CIS-ITSM)
That should get you a good foundation for your SN career!

Hello @varro986
That's an excellent question. The right path ultimately depends on you and what product line(s) align with your interests and skill set.
With that said, ServiceNow does have a Certification guide to help you find the right path to fit your career goals. I have attached it to this post.
You can also look around the ServiceNow Learning and certification web page to learn more.
I suggest you read up on the different products that ServiceNow offers as well. Find the ones that pique your interest and look at the attached document to see their certification path. Not all training is free and some have a fee to attend.
Lastly, nothing beats experience, from your profile you look like you work for Accenture. Accenture is a ServiceNow Elite partner and they have an excellent SN practice. I know first hand, I work with an Accenture SN team on a daily bases. I suggest you reach out to someone on Accenture's SN Center of Excellence or someone on an Accenture ServiceNow team and ask them questions.
I hope that helps!
