I believe I am missing something. When I run the command in Step 3, I get a different view. Not impersonating Platform User and using the same command. I somehow managed to get things done still  but cannot chnage the last tag of IC ...0005 to 'Software'

Hi @SiddharthT25849,

some modules from the All tab have a pre-filled conditions and/or views. It seems to be this case, your list is in Self-service view, not Default.

You can try to switch the view (click the Self service or the triple lines in the beggining og that section and click View > Default) or click the gear icon to personalise the list and add more columns including Category.

 

It's not clear whether a specific view is requried or not... I took the lab long time ago so I no longer remember and you didn't provide the exact requirements to complete the task.

Could you possibly share that requirements?
