Locked Out of ServiceNow Lab Instance

Hello. I'm new to ServiceNow and this community, so I was hoping someone might be able to help me please. I was taking a SN training course and somehow I got locked out of my lab instance. When I opened a ticket with SN I received a reply that they "didn't support client instances", and to contact my company's admin for help. Well, nobody at my company can help me and I was hoping somebody here might know how I can get my lab instance unlocked please. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Unfortunately, yes. ServiceNow Support no longer supports lab and PDI instances. Try to reenroll again for same course and request for new lab instance.

Currently no support available on PDI and in this case request for new PDI only. Regarding Lab instance , you can release the same and get a new one.
