I keep getting this message when trying to complete this course:

I set all the technical Recurring Status updates to 15 minutes. Didn't work, so I set all the recurring status updates to 15 minutes. That didn't work. So I made sure the Service Desk user (not group) was on every Communication Contact Definition. That didn't fix it. Every communication plan has a status update that is set to 15 minutes. What am I doing wrong? I can share screenshots if needed, but I can't figure out how to resolve the issue.
