I did what is detailed below:

Task Instructions:

1. Impersonate 'Platform User'.

2. Set your instance preferences to show date and time formats on forms.

3. Set your instance preferences to show help tips on forms.

But the Validate Task is always failing. And give me this link to confirm that I did what is correct, and I did correctly. 

Did you change the 'show date and time format on forms' setting in user preferences?

I did this to Platform USER as mentioned and tried to do it with the other user. Same Error.

I couldn't find the concrete user 'Platform User' to impersonate on my side, so I'm stuck on this basic Task 1.

Try to put your instance exactly like @Dr Atul G- LNG showed above and double check where are you changing the options.

Hi, thank you for your response on this matter but I am unsure as to why you would direct me to that reference, have you reviewed my previous submission (dated Thursday 16, May 2024) above with photos? These are relatively straightforward tasks, unless there is something I am missing. When I impersonate a user and select preferences then select "accessibility" then enable  "show date and time" and move to the "display" and hit the second enable button for "show help tips on forms" then close this window with the "X" in the upper right-hand corner is there something else I should do? 

Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated.

It is unfortunate that after all this time this issue has not yet been resolved. Can someone help?
