I did what is detailed below:
Task Instructions:
1. Impersonate 'Platform User'.
2. Set your instance preferences to show date and time formats on forms.
3. Set your instance preferences to show help tips on forms.
But the Validate Task is always failing. And give me this link to confirm that I did what is correct, and I did correctly.
Did you change the 'show date and time format on forms' setting in user preferences?
I did this to Platform USER as mentioned and tried to do it with the other user. Same Error.

Hi,
Here are the steps I've tried to accomplish this assignment:
Attempt 1
I started my instance, impersonated the user and then went to preferences, first I went into accessibility and enabled the show date and time, then I went into the display and enabled the show help tips.
Then I validated tasks and it failed.
Attempt 2
I logged out and logged back in and repeated the steps and it failed again.
I then logged out and used another browser ( Firefox) and repeated the steps and it failed again.
Attempt 3
I remembered I had another instance that I had use to complete another course so I terminated that instance logged out and logged in once more and repeat all the steps above but the validation failed again.
Attempt 4
I terminated the instance I was working with and requested a new instance and started fresh, repeating the required steps and it failed again.
Tried a different angle and completed the second tasked but once I clicked to assign all the incidents to the platform user I got an error message stating the user must be included in that group for incidents to be assigned
Any assistance with this matter is greatly appreciated. I will continue troubleshooting this if I should be successful I shall notify the community.

I attempted this and other assignments. I also tried resetting the learning platform from within the instance. I have tried additional assignments and have not been able to successfully validate and complete them. Guess we all have to wait until Tech support fixes this issue, it is possible that this may not be an end-user issue.
