Need Clarity about Delta Exam.

Hi Everyone,

I have cleared CSA exam in September 18 2024(Washington D.C). I'm new to ServiceNow and I don't have clarity about Delta exam. Some one please answer my following questions:

I)On which version, I have to give Delta exam?

II)Till which date can I give this Delta exam and how many free attempts I have?

III)From where to apply for this Delta exam and where I can get study material/Syllabus?

IV)What will be the mode of exam?

Please answer my question ASAP.

Hi @Ravi Chandra_K 

A couple of things aren't quite right with your reply:

The last deltas were for Vancouver, so the next ones will be for Xanadu, then Zurich (but not Yokohama).

There effectively is a syllabus: ServiceNow publishes knowledge base articles for each certification delta, and those KBs contain everything you need to know to pass the exam.

If OP cleared mainline for Washington, then shouldn't he appear for Yokohoma?

If it's Xanadu, isn't it the next release itself? ( For him)

As you correctly said in your answer, deltas only happen once a year now.

Last year they followed the Vancouver release, this year they will follow Xanadu.

Everyone takes them once a year in the same window.

I'm only aware of Release notes for each version, TIL there are KBs for Deltas.
