Now Assist for IT Service Management Delivery Accreditation exam

I do NOT want the answers for the "Now Assist for IT Service Management Delivery Accreditation" exam, I just want to know where to find the answers.  I've taken the exam five times now, and failed every time.  So far as I can tell, only three of the questions have answers within the training materials.  Allegedly, I should be able to pass the exam after going through the following courses, according to the path found here :

  • Introduction to Generative AI
  • Now Assist Essentials
  • Now Assist for IT Service Management (ITSM) Essentials

I've looked at all of those multiple times. I've copied all the text and searched it for answers. I've Googled. Again, I was able to find clear answers for only three of the 16 questions.  Note that I've got my CIS-ITSM and my "IT Service Management (ITSM) Professional Suite."  I'm going for pro-plus, and this exam is the only thing holding me back.

The exam is only pass/fail, so I have no idea how many questions I'm getting wrong. Some of the questions are pretty obvious, and more become obvious if you think about them a bit. Perhaps Now Assist for ITSM has a bunch of counter-intuitive stuff in it, like perhaps Multifactor Authentication really does need to be configured for more "humanlike" interactions? I honestly cannot tell, because there's no feedback whatsoever, and "humanlike" doesn't appear anywhere in the training materials.

There's discussion on the path description about a bootcamp for this, too, but that bootcamp has either been eliminated already, or it's something that cannot be viewed/accessed on its own.

One of the questions is just plain weird. What does saving an incident without changes have to do with Now Assist? Seriously, the question is, "What occurs when an incident is saved with unchanged fields in ServiceNow?" According to my PDI, absolutely nothing happens (the update timestamp doesn't even change), so all the possible answers must be wrong. But what does it have to do with Now Assist?!?

Has anyone taken this exam and passed and could you please share the answers?

Hi Maria -

Rather asking for answer, i would say, go through his course once, it is very simple and achievable!

Kindly mark "helpful", if this helps, or Mark as "Accepted " if it solves your issues !

I took the course and have already attempted the exam three times, but I failed all three times. I reviewed the course content, but I still failed.

I took it today and passed after 3 attempts

The most current Now Assist for ITSM Exam is 12 questions.  And I have also failed 2x.  I know that 9 of my answers aligned to the training materials exactly, but 3 of the questions... I could not find any materials that would help pick the right answer.

I did the bootcamp and passed that exam last fall. However, ServiceNow is transitioning that bootcamp accreditation to a Delivery Accreditation (kb0012877) . So I've reviewed/redid the Now Learning course and tasking this exam to meet the new accreditation requirement.

This is really not helpful not giving a percentage of the Exam score to help hone in on the wrong answers.
