Introducing Now Assist, a supplement for on-demand training that guides you when you most need it and allows you to ask for support with minimal disruption to your day-to-day work.
Now Assist gives you the live, expert guidance that enriches your online learning experience with select ServiceNow courses. Now Assist offers the best of both worlds: the convenience of on-demand learning and the live engagement that keeps you on track through a combination of:
- Scheduled office hours with experienced instructors
- Access to a course-specific community and fellow students
- Labs and demos that offer hands-on experience with the platform
The pandemic has made on-demand courses an excellent option to increase your knowledge of ServiceNow. The accessibility, cost savings, in-depth topic coverage and flexibility in scheduling make this a convenient and popular choice for learners. However, you may face obstacles to completion such as lack of instructor guidance and support and a student community to learn and collaborate with. If you want to take (or have been taking) on-demand courses but need extra help to finish up and get on the path to certification, Now Assist is the answer for your training needs!
The details:
Currently, Now Assist is offered with ServiceNow Fundamentals On Demand and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) Fundamentals On Demand. In the future, the ServiceNow training department will be making this option available for more of our popular on demand titles.
Three days before your selected session starts you will be provided with the on demand course registration for access to instances, simulators, and content.
Sessions run for 2 weeks and instructors present twice a week on Monday and Friday. The presentations are 2-hour live webinars hosted on Zoom. There are both morning and afternoon options available and the sessions are limited to 250 students each.
As a student, you will work through the course content, labs, and simulators during the two-week session. You will be provided access to a private Community forum where you can post questions that the instructors will answer and collaborate with other participants.
Is Now Assist right for me?
Now Assist is designed to give you guidance and support to help you complete the course and get certified. You will have the ability to ask questions and collaborate with the instructor and other learners. The program gives you the ability to consume content around your schedule.
