The ServiceNow® Healthcare and Life Sciences Service Management (HCLS - SM) Core application provides the foundation to streamline healthcare operations with automated processes. This course introduces HCLS - SM Core and related applications explains their value in the healthcare landscape and demonstrates the basic functionality of each application. This course also covers the related applications Vaccine Administration Management, Pre-Visit Management, and Patient Support Services, their structure and function, and implementation methods. 

Upon completion of the course, you will be able to define the goals of HCLS - SM Core and identify four healthcare industry trends driving ServiceNow's vision. The course outlines the components, capabilities, and personas of the HCLS - SM Core application. You will learn how to implement, install and configure the core application and its related applications, VAM, PSS, and Pre-Visit Management. Additionally, you will be able to access the Now Create service pack and assets pertaining to the major project phases of an HCLS - SM implementation.
