Now Learning Page keeps reloading

Hello,

I am experiencing an issue where the Now Learning login page keeps on refreshing even after a succssful login. I have tried this in multiple browsers and incognito mode too. 

please let me know if someone faced a similar issue and were able to resolve this.

Hi @Surendra Poosa1 

I have also faced a similar kind of issue with my browser as well. I have tried so many things for resolving the issue (like changing browser settings, tried with windows settings as well and many more) but nothing fixed my issue. 

After doing very deeper research I found out the root cause for this issue, and actually it's a fun part because sometimes I had a NAT Type restriction issue with my wi-fi connection so that's why I changed my laptops network connection settings from "Dynamic" to "Static" means under network connections options we have option for providing manual IP address (198.92.1.1 something like this). So, that was the reason behind all this.

I would suggest you also check your network settings and if it static means filled with some values then make it empty for making it dynamic. I hope this would help you.
