On Demand Training and Exam Vouchers

Hi.

I just completed the Certified Application Developer learning path. I completed the Scripting Fundamentals Course via VILT and the Application Development Fundamentals course via On Demand. Do I qualify for a free exam voucher or do I have to buy one? This seems to be a bit of a grey area. Thanks in advance.

Hi @santhoshbannu ,

complete the 'ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals On Demand' course for CSA certification.

you have to pay 300 USD for course and 300 USD for voucher.

If you are working with partner company then only it will be free.

You need to complete the CSA training.

CSA is 2 steps

1. Training: Yes, it is mandatory for anyone or everyone to complete this training. Now question about fee. 

If you are working with any ServiceNow partner company, then you can get this training free of cost ( Your company already has an agreement with SN) , if not then you need to pay USD 300 plus taxes.

2. Voucher : After completing training , you will get an email to claim a voucher and the same condition applied. Voucher cost in also costs USD 300 plus taxes.

Total $600 plus taxes if you are not working with a partner company.
