I was wondering if anyone can help me with a question regarding certifications.
I have 8 years of telecom experience in business transformation and programme management. I have recently taken redundancy and looking for a role in tech sector. I really admire Service Now and its mission and keen to develop my career in this technology. I was involved in TSM requirement gathering at my former employer as a project manager but I have limited understanding of Service Now platform and its capabilities. On the positive side, I have deep knowledge from telecom industry point of view particularly in operations.
I would like to know which certification I should go for. Given I have enough time between jobs, I am happy to put in lot of efforts to gain knowledge. I would like to be less technical as most of my experience has been in business operations. I am looking for roles like programme manager, business architect or something similar.
I will be grateful for any guidance.
