Regardin the email issue

I have an issue with the mail id of the servicenow now learning and i bought the course too. Now i want change the mail to another but it too have the now learning account so if i change it does.the data in my old account will get lost or remain same

Hi @RayuduT 

 

Do you want to move from personal id to a other personal ID or to official ID. For this you neec to log a case to SN via Now Learning and they will do the needful. All learning and vouchers will be get transferred but this take 5 to 7 days.
