Regarding the Email Update in nowlearning

Hello Community, 
I'm unable to access my ServiceNow university because my email id has been disabled suddenly and I'm not receiving verification code due to this I'm unable to login please help me to solve this issue. I want to change from old email id to my new email id.

Old Email id which is disabled (college email) : 21ag1a6704@aceec.ac.in
New Email id which i wanted as above email is disabled from college  : tejaswi.aruva2004@gmail.com
