Request for Reissue of Lost Voucher (Valid Until 15 July 2026)

Dear Sir/Madam,

I hope you are doing well.

I am writing to inform you that I received a voucher in June 2025, which is valid until 15 July 2026. Unfortunately, I am currently unable to locate the voucher and may have misplaced it.

I kindly request you to please check your records and assist me in reissuing the voucher or providing the voucher details again. I would be happy to share any required information (such as registered email ID, phone number, or transaction details) to help verify my identity.

I apologize for the inconvenience and request your support in resolving this matter at the earliest.

Hi  

As per the new vendor policy, you need to obtain a voucher. You cannot book the exam without a voucher.

@PANDYALAM if you're not seeing the ability to take the exams on your My Learning page > My Exams, then open a case with support via the Help Center on ServiceNow University
