I would like to respond to the concerns raised by this member.
The statements alleging that correct solutions have been self-awarded or that this account is breaching the Code of Conduct are not accurate and are not true. I really love and enjoy this community. All contributions and interactions from my side have been performed in good faith and in full compliance with platform requirements, administrative guidelines, and all applicable policies.
I follow all community and organizational rules consistently, and I make every effort to ensure that solutions shared by me are properly tested, documented, and aligned with recognized IT Service Management and ITIL best practices. This is not a leader board chase or whatever his accusations have been.
I would also like to formally inform the community that Simon Hendery’s interactions—toward me and other members, as documented—have included bullying behavior and repeated unprofessional communications of AI use. He is not demonstrating the behavior that a Patron should show and is not reflecting what is expected from a community leader. His approach does not follow common business etiquette and presents a hostile and poor image for the community rather than encouraging respectful collaboration.
I understand how important it is to protect the integrity of genuine contributors. For that reason, I respectfully request that any assumptions or comments that appear influenced by personal bias be halted.
I thank you for your attention to this matter and for supporting a respectful and professional environment for all members.
@Simon Hendery - Please stop contacting me about this matter. I have heard your opinion and I respectfully disagree with it. I also ask that you refrain from badgering me or other community members, as I have observed repeated accusations of A.I. use being made on a daily basis. This creates a negative environment and does not assist anyone—particularly when posts are being answered, marked as accepted, and contributors are satisfied and happy with the outcomes. Continuing to make allegations without evidence undermines collaboration and shifts the focus away from helping the community.
