SPM resources for learning and implementation

Hellow SnowExperts,

Iam been assigned to project on SPM - Strategic Portfolio Management, i have gone through spm training SPM fundamentals on xanadu.

but need more easy to understand content to learn and implement.
As customers directly has no idea on SPM but needs their requirment to be implemented. i want to learn understand and then use this skill to understand customer requirements and implement with spm in SNOW instance with best possible ways.

Please share some wisdome and knowledge on HOW to SPM??

You can start with the Now Learning training and then follow the Now Create Process Guide and Process Workshop Deck, where you’ll get step-by-step information and an excellent, detailed guide to help you through the process.
