Sync Webassessor Certs to Nowlearning Portal Profile

There is a sync function in now-creator to sync all of the certs, training etc. into the profile, which I did and now the profile shows everything I have.

But in nowlearning nothing appears, even though I entered my email in "Webassessor Email Address". How is syncing done in https://nowlearning.service-now.com/ as my certs don't appear on that profile even though the login is the same? W/o my cert appearing on nowlearning I am not able to register for the NY Delta Exam.

Hi @rajeshramasamy , my case number is CS0225011, would you be able to assist me as well with linking my webassessor email to my now learning account so I can receive the voucher. Either one of the emails is fine for you to link as I have made two webassessor accounts to try to resolve the issue. I'm also not receiving the email after providing webassessor email in nowlearning.

After linking your webassessor email id into now learning 

You will receive a verification email but you missed it

Support team linked your webassessor account into your now learning account

Hi @rajeshramasamy  I am having issues linking my webassessor email to my NowLearning. It keeps giving me this error  "Please wait 24 to 36 hours to link your new Webassessor account. Kindly verify you are attempting to link your Webassessor email address and not your Webassessor login name. If you are unable to link after 36 hours, please open a case and we will follow up. " Ive been having this issue for over 5 days now, and I want to take my CSA exam next week before the exam blackout for the new release. So this is critical and urgent. Your help would be much appreciated.

My case number is CS0272446 . My certification is not getting displayed in Now learning but it is visible in webassessor. 

I have followed all steps to link webassessor and now learning profile . Please help me on this ticket. I am not able to give delta exam
