Sync Webassessor Certs to Nowlearning Portal Profile

There is a sync function in now-creator to sync all of the certs, training etc. into the profile, which I did and now the profile shows everything I have.

But in nowlearning nothing appears, even though I entered my email in "Webassessor Email Address". How is syncing done in https://nowlearning.service-now.com/ as my certs don't appear on that profile even though the login is the same? W/o my cert appearing on nowlearning I am not able to register for the NY Delta Exam.

@rajeshramasamy - could you please unlink my old company account..and link my webassessor same as htis user id. pls.

Even i facing the issue not able to link my now learning with webessor not able to write delta exams  . Please can you help on this ASAP
