Sync Webassessor Certs to Nowlearning Portal Profile

There is a sync function in now-creator to sync all of the certs, training etc. into the profile, which I did and now the profile shows everything I have.

But in nowlearning nothing appears, even though I entered my email in "Webassessor Email Address". How is syncing done in https://nowlearning.service-now.com/ as my certs don't appear on that profile even though the login is the same? W/o my cert appearing on nowlearning I am not able to register for the NY Delta Exam.

@rajeshramasamy I have changed my webassessor email id and now I want to give the same email id in nowlearning webassessor email address but I am getting error. Please help

@rajeshramasamy - I'm facing the same issue of my webaccessor email ID linked with my old company account. Can you please unlink my webaccessor id "mbsheenu@gmail.com" from my old company account?

I've already raised a case -CS0188610 but no response.

Your help would be appreciable.
