Sync Webassessor Certs to Nowlearning Portal Profile

There is a sync function in now-creator to sync all of the certs, training etc. into the profile, which I did and now the profile shows everything I have.

But in nowlearning nothing appears, even though I entered my email in "Webassessor Email Address". How is syncing done in https://nowlearning.service-now.com/ as my certs don't appear on that profile even though the login is the same? W/o my cert appearing on nowlearning I am not able to register for the NY Delta Exam.

I am facing the issue of my webaccessor email ID linked with my old company account. Can you please unlink my webaccessor id from my old company account so that i can link to my new account and update my certification in time. I have created a case CS0195986 in now learning to resolve this but have not got any response. Your help would be really appreciable. Thank you
