Sync Webassessor Certs to Nowlearning Portal Profile

There is a sync function in now-creator to sync all of the certs, training etc. into the profile, which I did and now the profile shows everything I have.
But in nowlearning nothing appears, even though I entered my email in "Webassessor Email Address". How is syncing done in https://nowlearning.service-now.com/ as my certs don't appear on that profile even though the login is the same? W/o my cert appearing on nowlearning I am not able to register for the NY Delta Exam.

I have the same issue, my web assessor is not linked to the now learning portal. So, I'm not able to register for certification exams as there is no sync between these two.
I have created a case CS0211292 and waiting for their response.

I've also had no response on the same kind of case. CS0214882 has been open for 2 weeks while I wait for a response from the NOWLearning team. Can you assist me as well?

Hi @rajeshramasamy,
I created a case CS0223888 for Delta exam accreditation issue. As expiration date is approaching, It will be really great if you could help on this issue.
I passed and completed my CSA Delta exam on 17-June-2022 and also received pass confirmation email from NowLearning team but my certification section is not updated with correct CSA Delta exam status. My NowLearing portal still shows attention message saying "Your Certification is at risk of expiring" as shown in attached screenshot.
When I click on "Lets fix it" it shows that I have passed the exam mentioning passed percentage.As expiration date is approaching, Kindly help and update correct status of my Delta certification for CSA in NowLearning, which is already completed from my end on 17 June, 2022. All screenshots are attached in Case. Thank you.
