Sync Webassessor Certs to Nowlearning Portal Profile

There is a sync function in now-creator to sync all of the certs, training etc. into the profile, which I did and now the profile shows everything I have.

But in nowlearning nothing appears, even though I entered my email in "Webassessor Email Address". How is syncing done in https://nowlearning.service-now.com/ as my certs don't appear on that profile even though the login is the same? W/o my cert appearing on nowlearning I am not able to register for the NY Delta Exam.

I am too facing similar kind of issue and not able to claim my Certified System Administrator voucher as Webassessor is unable to link with Nowlearning platform.

My case number  is CS0225064 . Can you please look into this case as deadline for claiming the voucher is approaching soon.

You linked your webassessor email id but forgot to verify the email

I didn't receive any email after providing Webassessor email in NowLearning. May be as they are linked with two different email accounts.
