Tarefa 1 do simulador de avaliação: personalize sua instância

Bom dia estou tentando fazer a micro certificação Bem vindo a servicenow e na lição 1 -personalize sua instância  esta dando falha.

Apesar de já ter setado a instrução 2 e 3 corretamente "Defina suas preferências de instância em display - show date and time formats on forms." e Accessibility -"Set your instance preferences to show help tips on forms."

no item 1 -Impersonate" platform user" criei meu user no lugar do admin LUCIANA LOPES ,não sei se esta parte e que estou cometendo algum erro.

 

Ao clicar em "VALIDATE TASK" o resultado é Failed

In my case, I updated both settings as instructed, but the task validation still failed.
