Training Content Not Loading

Hello I am trying get the content to load on the Certificate Candidate Journey Guide and am having a difficult time even getting the content to load. It displays a blank/white screen whenever I click any of the content links. I have tried on both a MacBook (Chrome Browser) and a Parallels Windows Desktop (Edge) and am having the same experience in both. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I've attached a couple photos of how the screen loads. I'm not certain whether this is just an issue with my laptop, or whether it's an issue with the platform since I've gotten the same thing with two different operating systems/browsers.

There was a ServiceNow issue/outage before and this might've been related. Are you still having an issue?

I can get everything to load except the example screen shots in the training modules and a few other images. I've tried Safari, Chrome, and Firefox all with the same outcome.
