Unable to see my certification nor my micro-certs & finshed courses do not show as complete!

Hi there,
I've been having issues since Oct 2022 with my now learning accounts. I have a personal one and one for work.
I'm not able to see any of my certifications, no courses are showing as complete, just 99% and I'm also not able to see or receive any micro-certification either.
I've tried all the remedies: unlinking email and relinking, using my email instead of my work one on each account and vice versa, I've even contacted my certification and training leader at work to escalate the issue to an SN training rep. I'm still waiting for some luck.
I have a few delta exams to finish before February and I'm getting so anxious that at this rate, I'll miss it and have to redo them all
Before anyone suggests messaging now learning, I've sent out 11 emails between the two accounts and can only say I've never seen such APPALLING customer service in my life. Atrocious!!! - I'm in the process of finding a regulating body to file a formal complaint; as I've read around the community, this happens VERY often and hardly gets resolved. I don't understand how a company that renowned itself as having 'great workflow' can't seem to solve issues on their platform that is so continuous.
Can anyone help me at all, at this point my future is at risk.

I am also facing similar issue my CSA certification went missing and now I am waiting for some solutions. Someone please help us.
