Unable to start Delta Exam CSA Zurich

i completed the CSA in October.

Now I receive the message to complete the delta exam for Zurich. (see screenshot 1)

I see that no payment is due (see screenshot) and can continue to access my delta exam. 

Then I receive following message (see screenshot 2)

When I click on it, nothing happens. 

What am I doing wrong here?

I've raised the issue with our team. As I get more updates I'll pass them along

Apologies for the issues earlier today. I am told the team has corrected the issues and everyone should be able to access all their exams.
