Update name on webassessor

I need to update my name in webassessor. How do I get help from ServiceNow support to do so? I am unable to login to the Support site and the email address listed on the webassessor site bounced back. I just want to open a case or talk to someone. Any help is appreciated.

You should either create a case through NowLearning or try to get help from Kryterion: https://kryterion.my.site.com/support/s/?language=en_US

After finding a phone number to call I was finally given an email address to use to get assistance so I will post that here for any others that may have the same issue. web_support@servicenow.com

Kryterion says that I need to contact the test sponsor so I am unable to go through them.
