Hi guys,
I'm completely stuck at task 14 in the virtual agent simulator, task edit conversation flow. The advice thrown by the simulator validating task is "Did you complete the missing branch conditions?", which I do believe I have. The doubt I have though is if it's needed to modify the block for transferring to live agent. Does anyone have any pointers? Attaching a picture of the conversation flow.

Hello Tanja, I have also faced the same issue but when i going through in details , what i found is like , there is always in the flow, you have to give the condition properly to give the proper condition,
Click on always -> Branch Properties -> Edit condition , select your question and click on the check box if Yes or else No,

@Tanja Holm You have to add a condition in each of the branch properties, it solves the issue for me.

@arijtis Can you elaborate a little more what condition did you add? Provide a little more detail. I have the same issue and I have spend hours on trying to figure it out. Thanks.

In the condition, select the option/question (like Wifi/Cable) which you are providing it for, if it is 'Yes' branch, select the tick box else leave as it is..

Thank you for the help and while I did find it was adding conditions that made the difference, I only got part of it working and then my instance expired. Thanks for the reply
