Voucher Code info missing

Hello All,

Need some help. I went thru the training for ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals and received the eligibility voucher for the CSA Exam. I clicked on the voucher, paid for it and received a confirmation email. Now, when I go back into my profile to retrieve the voucher code so I can sign up for the exam, I am no longer seeing anything in the Voucher area as described in the instructions. Not sure how to retrieve the voucher code....any ideas?

The voucher code will be sent to your email as well with subject: Now Learning Certification Exam Voucher Enclosed. Please check your inbox and spam folder.

Generally, you can see the voucher code at the tile of the voucher it self and if it is not available, better log a Now Learning case.
