What does NPI stand for (in the context of ServiceNow's training and certifications)?

On the NowLearning's Credential Paths page, there's a button in the bottom right for "NPI Credentials".

This may be a silly question to some, but I can't figure out what NPI is supposed to stand for.

The only NPI acronym that comes to mind for me is related to healthcare providers. I suppose it's possible this is what it stands for here, but clicking into it just takes you to the high-level ServiceNow Credentialing Program Guide.

Does anyone happen to know what NPI stands for in this context?

I suppose it's just a curiosity for me at this point, but I can't get it out of my head. 🙂

Hi @Joe Walters

It stands for New Product Introduction.

Check out the reply from @Justin Miller1 in this thread, where he says:

"Many delivery accreditations center around New Product Introduction so that we can have a credential while further training, documentation, etc is built out."

This link is navigating to 0=-  https://www.servicenow.com/services/training-and-certification/journey/#/lessons/UjSJ4py-JsBK7ubRfOF...ServiceNow Credentialing Program Guide.]

So NPI may be up to 90% -as per program guide word on next screen --  New program introduction (Just a Guess 🙂 )

Thanks, @Simon Hendery! My mind can now be preoccupied with something else now. 😄
