Hello, has anyone noticed any issues with the change request following the Washington upgrade, with the execution of risk conditions/calculations?

Hi Sriharsha. Go to Change->Administration->Risk Assessments and then open the change risk assessment. Go to the Assessment Thresholds related list and make sure the low, medium and high risk values have a value in the 'Score greater than' field.

Add com.snc.change_management.risk_conditions.log.level & com.snc.change_management.risk_assessment.log.level in sys_properties with value debug. You will see score value in the logs and errors if any. If the score is lower than the lowest threshold, you will have to adjust the threshold values.
