Hello, we are seeing our BCM module have changes going on in the background, i.e the agency section of a BCM plan would not let us populate the field, grayed out and now they are populating - my team is the BCM Admins, and we checked with our SN Admins, and they are not doing any enhancements, so how can we see what is going on in the background and does SN do random updates/fixes to releases?

Hi @Danj93 - I don't know which family release of ServiceNow your organization is using, but BCM has undergone some significant changes with the Vancouver and Washington DC releases.
Most significantly, the UI was completely overhauled in Vancouver with the introduction of the BCM workspace.
So I'm wondering if a recent upgrade by your ServiceNow team could possibly explain the changes your team are experiencing?

Thanks for the info, we are currently on Utah release 5.02 - my question is does SN itself do maintenance/updates to BCM in the background or is there some notification first. We did not have the "Agency" populated due to it was grayed out and yesterday, all but 31 of our plans had this area populated, along with "Business Unit" section populated with "BCM" as a link ... our SN Admin did not make changes and we as BCM admins did not make changes.
