Cannot login in development

Anyone can help me? I can't enter development after cloning. It keeps saying that my account and password are wrong, and so do other administrators, but ordinary users can log in normally.

Hi @Karen Chan ,
Since the sys_user,sys_user_has_role ,sys_user_role and sys_user_group tables are NOT preserved and excluded, you are facing this issue.
Now, one possible solution is to Check if some ADMIN user has access to the instance they can give you admin role or other way is to raise a Support case with ServiceNow.

Hello Karen,
Did you try with the credential of production on dev env.
if it didn't work , ask support/operations team to reset password.
Else, raise case with servicenow they will help you out here.

I had login using your production instance username and password, but it's not work. It kept show my account and password were wrong.
