Hi,
does anyone know how the recipient list of the communication records from the maintenance center in the Hi portal is determined? We have quite a large group of colleagues who automatically are added to the watch list of the communication records. I would have assumed that it would consist of the account contacts, but haven't found any pattern underpinning my theory.
Cheers/
Tanja

Hi @Tanja Holm
Sorry, seems is from SN side only. Better log a case and SN team will help you how it get populated.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Hi @Tanja Holm - You may have raised a case for this already, however the COMM record recipients are based on the Key Contacts listed in Now Support (Manage Users), but also the Notifications section (Under Communcations Heading) in the following area in NowSupport:
1. Go into NowSupport
2. Select the "My Support" heading (top left)
3. Inside the My Support Dashboard, scroll down to bottom of page
4. You should see the Communication Watchlist section
5. The "Communication Watchlist" is the one that the COMM record uses to distribute to.
