If no user criteria are specified for a knowledge base, all users can read it and all users with roles can contribute to it.

same instance. I created a service portal in my personal PDI. So, when i added a approval table in my related table in this case incident and add someone as a approver and change it state as requested it added a approval menu in the service portal and when i change its state to something else or remove it from the incident, the menu also remove from the service portal. what i want is to always display in the service portal. this feature is in every PDI. is there a way to display it always.
