How can I change All to Service Management?

Hi @Shyamala  ,

 

Are you taking about this(Highlighted in yellow) : this is not a navigation , its a instance details , blocks highlighted are the different navigation option All, Favorites, History etc..

These are then configured here as unified navigation in Next experiance polaris

Hi @Shyamala  ,

 

These are unified navigations, OOB its read only and wouldn't recommend to change , you can configure/create one for your use case .

Hi @Hemanth M1,

We can change from All to Service Management, Under System Prperties.

Sys_properties.LIST --> Make the polaris UI as False.
