Hi All,
We are a small organization. We have only Dev Instance as of now.
My Question is what will be the limitations/ restrictions will we have if we don't have UAT and PROD Instance.
Can anyone clear me on this.
Thanks,
Jyothi

As you mentioned, your organization don't have UAT & PROD instance...not sure what your exact query ...!!
But, doesn't matter your organization is small or big , it should have at-least three environment.
1.Development environment
2.Test Environment
3.Production Environment
ServiceNow Developer
I know one thing, and that is that I know nothing.

Hi @Naga jyothi sri ,
I agree with @Vishal Birajdar . You should at least have dev, test and prod due to that all new development/enhacements should be on dev. Moved to test when ready for test, and move to prod when ready for production.
A single dev instance doesn't make any sense.
