My ServiceNow instance, accessed through https://dev188207.service-now.com/, has been offline since this morning, despite efforts to report the issue through the 'Give Feedback' button and the instance help forum. Urgently needing the instance online to avoid losing work, I seek assistance from the ServiceNow team. I've checked the ServiceNow status page and posted in the community forum, but the instance remains inaccessible. Requesting prompt attention and resolution to ensure the functionality of my personal instance.

Hi @Yunus Khan
It is very common issue now a days and known too. There is no way to get back the old PDI once it reclaimed. You can request for new PDI and take daily back up to avoid any loss in future.
There is no support available from SN on PDI.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

@Yunus Khan You can wait for more hrs if possible if instance came online , else release this instance and take a new one.

Hi @Yunus Khan ,
As you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence you're limited to two options.
- Wait - it should come online again after some time
- If you get tired of waiting, release your instance and request a fresh installation. Please note, by doing this all work that haven't been backed up is lost.
If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as accepted solution and give a thumb up.
best regards
Anders

Hi there,
Same answer as on the hundreds of others in the previous months:
These free PDIs come without any support. We all can't help you on this. The only thing you can do is wait and hope the instance gets back, or... request a new one.
Always backup your work, since PDIs suddenly - without notice - can get offline or even gone forever.
I don't know if this applies to you, though it could ofcourse also have to do with the datacentre issues which ServiceNow communicated. See for example:
"Action Required: We are migrating our PDI Infrastructure to a new data center. See our developer blog for more details and instructions for backing up."
Kind regards,
