Hi @Laveena-Agarwal,
i remember an announcement that there were issues with sending the MFA token to emails. But after that I have used it several times, if you want to be sure, add a MFA authentication by an app. It's faster and never been problems with that as I remember...

SN has stopped the MFA ON PDI process as of 9th January, so the PDI free-form MFA, one yoy reset PDI, it is no longer required.
